The ABC

Just now about 4 pm, I think of what to cook for the dinner. The weather here is quite warm. Everyone don't wish to have rice. I search the fridge for the vegetables. Then decided to cook the porridge. Well ! just give the name of the dish as The ABC.


Ingredients:
2 handy quantities of rice
40 cm of carrot
60 cm of the sweet corn
2 chicken drumsticks
50 grams of frying groundnuts
5 stalks of spring onion
50 grams of anchovies
10 grams of garlic
10 ml of cooking oil

The steps are:
1. Wash the rice and cook for the porridge.
2. Cooked the chicken drumstick in the hot water, when it's ready, take out and wait till cold and tear the chicken meat and put a side.
3. Cut the carrot into small cubes, take the spring onion and cut into 5mm, and also cut the sweet corn for the small seeds to come out.
4. Put the dice carrots and the corn grain into the porridge and continue to cook.
5. Smashed the garlic and cut into tiny pieces and frying in about 10 ml of cooking oil, then put aside.
6. Deep fried the groundnuts and put some salt in and then also deep fried the anchovies
7. When the porridge is ready, cool it.
8. Put in a bowl, on top of the porridge put some groundnuts, anchovies, spring onion, chicken meat and the frying garlic, then serve.





We mixed all the ingredients and well ! each one took 2 bowls...and later finished the whole pot of porridge.
