Raisins cake

This afternoon I did a Raisins cake for my family to have it for the tea time.



The ingredients:
250g butter, 140g castor sugar, 5 eggs, 250g low protien flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 4 tablespoon of low fat milk and 100g raisins

Steps:
1. Grease the baking cake tin.
2. Separated the egg yolk and egg white.
3. Beat the egg white with 70g of sugar and put aside.
4. Cream butter and another part of 70g of sugar until light and fluffy.
5. Add in the egg yolk one by one.
6. Add in low protien flour & baking powder bit by bit and fold them.
7. Add in the low fat milk tablespoon by tablespoon.
8. Add in the egg white with the sugar which had been beaten just nowbit by bit and fold them.
9. fold in for the raisins.
10. Pour into the baking cake tin and bake for 180 degree celsius in 50 mins.

Well ! I can get the beautiful, not so sweet and best for tea time cake for my family.
My mother liked it very much.
