Apple manggoes with anchovies sauce


I bought the apple manggoes from KHeok and they were still very fresh.
After kept them almost 5 days, then I cut them and prepared a very nice dipping sauce.


My friend had tried my recipe for this sauce, she told me she likes it.
It is more on Asean taste.

The ingredients are:
Apple manggo (half ripe or full ripe)
5 to 10 g of fried anchovies
1 lime
2 tablespoon light soya sauce
1/2 tablespoon dark soya sauce
1 teaspoon sugar (less sugar, if you don't want it to be sweet)


Continue with the steps of making the sauce:
1. Prepared the apple manggo and put aside.
2. Smash the fried anchovies into very tiny pieces and put in a small bowl.
3. Squeeze the lime and let the juice into the anchovy bowl.
4. Put in sugar
5. Put in the dark soya sauce and light soya sauce
6. Mix them and delicious sauce is coming on the way.

** You can make this sauce, and dip the maggo into the sauce, very tasty.If you want it hot, then you can put in chillies (cut into small pieces)




Definitely it is tasty !
